Terroir
The granite gives the wine a strong mineral structure, while preserving a natural elegance and a beautiful tension on the palate. Each sip carries with it the echo of the sun-drenched vines caressed by the fresh winds of the valley.
Assembly
This vintage is based on a careful blend of grape varieties: Pinot Blanc, Pinot Auxerrois, Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir vinified in white. An original marriage, designed to enhance the qualities specific to each grape variety, and offer an aromatic complexity mixed with a refined texture.
The Pinot Blanc and Auxerrois bring freshness and suppleness, the Pinot Gris offers roundness and volume, while the Pinot Noir, vinified without maceration, balances the whole with its liveliness and brightness.
The blend thus becomes a true dialogue between the grape varieties, resulting in a balanced, expressive, and harmonious cuvée.
Winemaking
The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand, with the utmost respect for the fruit and its integrity. Fermentation begins naturally, without the addition of yeasts, carried solely by the native flora present on the berries. This deliberate choice preserves the imprint of the terroir, without artifice or corrective intervention.
Aging continues on fine lees during the winter, in century-old oak tuns, living symbols of family know-how passed down from generation to generation.
