Like most wineries in Alsace, the Justin Boxler estate perpetuates the tradition from father to son. It is from 1957 to the present day that the most significant developments have been made.
The first bottling was initiated by Justin Boxler. Thereafter, Anne and Pierre collaborated in the evolution of the company. Inducing a new breath on the technical and commercial level. In short, his children settled in EARL. This contributed to the extension of the domain. Hence, a new cellar, new cultural practices, a new cellar, and a new visual identity.
This momentum of modernization is today continued by the rising generation.
Thus, the first act was to carry out the “Organic” conversion of the estate from 2019. The 2022 vintage will be the first vintage certified “AB” (Organic Farming).

We are pleased to offer you the Riesling Grand Cru Sommerberg 2020 and the Riesling Grand Cru Florimont 2020. These wines, which reflect the richness of their respective terroirs, are ready to be tasted after 3 years of aging in bottle and reveal all their nuances.
Our Empreintes range embodies the essence of our vineyard and our know-how accessible to all. For the 2022 and 2023 vintages, these wines are an invitation to discover our Alsace terroir in a simple and friendly way.
