This bottle is the result of meticulous and passionate work, rooted in the granitic terroirs of Niedermorschwihr and Katzenthal.

It faithfully reflects the unique identity of these soils, without excessive technical intervention, allowing the Alsatian microclimate to express all its subtlety.

Terroir

The granite gives this wine a singular mineral texture, while preserving a natural elegance and beautiful tension. Each sip carries the echo of the vines hanging on the steep hills, bathed in sun and caressed by fresh winds.

Assembly

The precise blending of noble grape varieties – Pinot blanc, Pinot blanc auxerrois, Pinot gris and Pinot noir – creates a blend that is harmonious and full of finesse. This original blend, designed to enhance the qualities of each grape variety, offers a beautiful aromatic complexity and delicate texture.

Pinot blanc and Auxerrois bring freshness and flexibility, while Pinot gris enriches the mouth with a gourmet roundness. Pinot noir, vinified in white, completes the whole with a touch of vivacity and momentum. The blend thus becomes a true dialogue between the varieties, balanced, subtle and tasty.

Winemaking

The vinification, respectful of the natural rhythm of the grape, begins with a completely manual harvest, in order to preserve the integrity of the berries. The fermentations are carried out without adding yeast, leaving the native flora to guide the processing of the must.

This choice allows the wine to retain its origin, without artifice or oenological make-up. The breeding, carried out on lees throughout the winter, takes place in centuries-old oak barrels, true witnesses of ancestral know-how handed down from generation to generation.
