2017 is therefore a special vintage forged by the weather, a mild late season useful to the success of this cuv\u00e9e in the selection of noble grains.<\/p>

Without rain, the season was ideal for the development of noble rot<\/a>.<\/p>

650 bottles come from plots that are around forty years old.<\/p>

This bottle is the testimony of an expression of a late harvest, in its most singular way, with the only influence of the Alsatian microclimate. This wine comes from a plot, the \u00abkalkofen\u00bb, planted in 1965. <\/p>

Harvested by hand in overripe, the grapes are gently pressed for 6 hours to preserve their aromas.<\/p>

The vinification is done by gravity and aging on fine lees in centenary oak casks before a spring bottling.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
