Harvested by hand, the grapes are slowly pressed to preserve the finesse of their aromas.
The juices then ferment spontaneously using indigenous yeasts and are then aged on lees throughout the winter in century-old oak barrels, before being bottled in the summer.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Like a garden where different plant varieties coexist, this wine is the result of a blend of several plots and grape varieties from our estate. It reflects the diversity and balance of our vineyard, in a free and vibrant approach.
Interesting fact: \u201cRebgarten<\/strong>,\u201d which literally means \u201cjardin des vignes<\/strong>\u201d in German, is also the land registry name of one of our plots.
This is where the name originated, as a nod to our roots and our terroir.
The wines are fresh, accessible, and can be enjoyed within five years of bottling. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Sylvaner <\/span>vintage 2023<\/span><\/h3> \t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Less and less present in the Alsatian vineyard, Sylvaner nevertheless reveals, when worked with care and with low yields, its full potential: a beautiful concentration, a refreshing liveliness and a mineral expression faithful to our granite soils.<\/p>

Our oldest Sylvaner plots were planted in the 1960s in Niedermorschwihr. Thanks to their deep roots, these vines now produce small yields of grapes with a rich aroma, reflecting a natural balance between soil, climate, and time.
This wine is a blend of these old vines spread across several plots, all located in the commune of Niedermorschwihr. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

The grapes for our Pinot Auxerrois come from our plots located in Niedermorschwihr and Katzenthal, on granite soils that lend finesse and freshness to the wine.
Unlike Pinot Blanc, Pinot Auxerrois is distinguished by its fruitier aromas and milder acidity, offering a rounded, accessible yet elegant profile.
This grape variety is ideal for those seeking a fresh, indulgent, and easy-to-drink wine.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Riesling is the most widely planted grape variety on our estate. It is expressed here through a blend of several plots located between Niedermorschwihr and Katzenthal, on well-exposed granite terroirs. <\/p>

The 2024 vintage, bottled in the summer of 2025, offers a profile that is both straightforward and generous: ample acidity, balanced tension, and a beautiful length on the palate.
This wine embodies the mineral identity of our soils, while revealing a finesse specific to our altitude (350m).
A precise and vibrant Riesling, true to our style and to what we love to do with this great Alsatian grape variety.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Pinot Noir is the only red grape variety traditionally grown in Alsace. In recent years, we have been increasing its planted area, convinced by its potential to delicately express our granite terroirs.
During vinification, a maceration of approximately 10 days allows for the delicate extraction of color and aromas. <\/p>

The wine is then aged in old but perfectly maintained Burgundy barrels, which lend complexity and elegance to the wine.
The result is a fine, subtle Pinot Noir, where the minerality of the granite combines with a beautiful tannic structure.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
